About Attorney

Juanici (Nicie) Pratt graduated from Southern Methodist University and moved from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to Lubbock, Texas where she obtained her law degree from Texas Tech University.

Ms. Pratt worked 14 years with health systems and physician groups where she assisted in the acquisition, management, and business operations of multi-state physician practices and assisted with the due diligence for a complex merger between two large health systems.  She then served nine years as general corporate counsel for a national health system where she advised directors, officers, physicians, hospitals, and other medical providers on various corporate matters, governance, transactions, contracts, real estate, medical staff, and regulatory matters. In 2014, Ms. Pratt transitioned to private practice where she expanded her practice to include private business entity formation, corporate counsel advisement, and family law litigation.
